RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
ALL SUPPLEMENTS HAVE A 30 DAY WINDOW RETURN POLICY FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT.
HOW TO START A RETURN:
- Email us at admin@karmanutrition.ca with your Order Number and issue. Maybe there's an alternative solution for both parties, before starting a return.
- We will email you back with return address and details to proceed with the shipping logistics of your preference.
CONDITIONS APPLY:
- Returns will not be accepted without an order number.
- Return drop-offs will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
- If you are returning multiple items, you do not need to generate multiple labels unless you plan on shipping items out in separate packages.
- Depending on the form of return shipping you choose, it can take up to 10 business days for your return to reach us. Once your package has returned to our warehouse, a refund (minus the original cost of shipping) or exchange will be processed based on your request, and an email notification will be sent upon completion.
- Refunds will be issued in the amount equaling the item’s original purchase price and minus the original shipping cost. If we provide you with a return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) is/are delivered.
